Mattea 8 months old

Ok I'm definitely behind the game. Mattea just turned 9 months old this weekend, but here are a few pictures of her from last month. She loves to play and also loves to talk (I guess she got one part Daddy and one part Mommy:-)). Instead of crawling, she butt-shuffles her way around and is pretty quick at it too! She loves to stand and hold hands to walk. She is certainly not shy as she greets even strangers with a wave and a "hhhaaaaiii" and when asked any questions she will nod yes while saying an emphatic "uh huh" (unless of course the answer is no, which would prompt violent head shaking instead). Still loves her food and hums and "dances" while in her high chair to show her enthusiasm. She also loves music and will start to dance the moment she hears it!

Oh and her stats...She is still above the 95th percentile! She weighs almost 24 lbs and is over 31 inches tall. Perhaps basketball is in her future......
