Firsts...

Janessa has a full-time job and has bought a car!

And for her brothers who like these kinds of details...a 2002 Saturn L100 with 78,000km, automatic!

And to impress a certain big brother...

The old has come....

When we bought our house there was a wooden shed and an old tin shed that need replacing. This spring the tin shed was literally falling down.With Dave using the garage as his shop, we need some extra storage space for bikes, the lawnmower, etc.

The middle part is the original shed complete with the bird house. Dave built the two additions.

Last year when a portion of our fence needed replacing I suggested we save the old fence boards for when we built our extra sheds. This side is for the lawn mower, snow blower, etc, etc. Dave's stuff!

I still have a few decorating ideas for the shed and will be delighted when the flowers mature.

Re-use. Re-purpose. I'm happy!
One could say we now have an apartment building in our backyard!

Indoor Soccer

This past winter Lehman and Maryn played indoor soccer on the same team.

Lehman played keep most of the season.

Maryn was called "one tough chickie" by a lady in the audience.

"Lehman, how could you have let that one in?" or "I can't believe we're losing." or I can't believe that play." Not sure what she was thinking! LOL
