As for Little Miss Kayla....she is not so little!!! She is actually 1/2 and inch taller than Mattea was at her 10 month appointment! The only difference is...she is 3 lbs lighter! So definitely a leaner build but still weighs in at 22 lbs! (I guess that just means Mattea was a little tank!)
She has 5 teeth now....(compare with Mattea...0 until 13 months! lol...) - and she knows how to use those teeth! She eats anything and everything we do now, and is extremely jealous and will pout if she thinks Mattea got something to eat that she didn't.
Yes, there ARE curls in there!!! We are just waiting for them to grow!!!
She has taken two steps so far, and stands on her own but doesn't seem overly interested in walking as she is a fast crawler! So I guess she has no need! She is babbling like crazy and can say a more words than I can even count, however, very few of which will she actually say on command. She pretty much echos whatever she hears Mattea saying and wants desperately to keep up with her.
She is super active, and won't sit still for even a moment....her favourite thing to do is to crawl away as fast as she can laughing whenever she knows you want her to come. Usually this ends up with her halfway up the staircase laughing and giggling! Basically she loves to do and touch and anything she isn't supposed to but as mischievous as she may be she remains our happy, smiley little baby and we love her to pieces!:-)

I looked back on pictures of Mattea at this age and they look almost completely different and Mattea had a lot more hair! So funny how genetics work. So great to see the updates, she has changed so much :)
Lol...Chantelle you are so right, these two sisters look nothing alike in my opinion! Last night I got out the baby books to see who Kayla really does look like (because we still dont' know!) Strange enough, she actually looks quite a bit like Mark - but a light skinned, blonde haired, hazel eyed version!!! I also think I see Logan in her too though...so the jury is still out on her!
